All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

1. General Policy

All sales made through Own or Be Owned, Contrarian Thinking, LLC, or any affiliated website are final.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Event Tickets

All registrations, VIP tickets, event upgrades, digital access, recordings, and other event-related purchases are final.

Once purchased, event tickets may not be:

  • Refunded;
  • Returned;
  • Exchanged;
  • Transferred to another person; or
  • Credited toward another product or future event.

Failure to attend the event does not entitle the purchaser to a refund, credit, replacement, or other compensation.

3. Book Orders

All book purchases are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Changes of mind;
  • Accidental purchases;
  • Ordering the wrong quantity;
  • Failure to review the product description before purchasing; or
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order arrives damaged or the purchaser receives the wrong item, the purchaser must contact us within seven calendar days after delivery at support@contrarianthink.com.

The purchaser may be required to provide photographs, order information, shipping materials, or other documentation reasonably necessary to verify the issue.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate remedy in our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

4. Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, bonus content, memberships, software, templates, courses, and other digital goods are considered delivered when access is provided or the materials are made available.

All digital purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits, except where required by applicable law.

5. Subscription Products

Unless otherwise stated in the terms applicable to a specific subscription, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for canceling a subscription before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges only and does not entitle the customer to a refund for amounts already paid.

6. Promotional Offers

Promotional pricing, discounts, bonuses, limited-time offers, bundles, and special offers cannot be applied retroactively.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or price adjustments because a product or service is later offered at a different price or as part of another promotion.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers should contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.

We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks and to provide the payment processor, financial institution, or other reviewing party with relevant order records, communications, fulfillment information, and evidence of the customer’s acceptance of this policy.

8. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right, remedy, warranty, refund right, or other protection that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

Where a refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy is required by applicable law, Contrarian Thinking, LLC will comply with those legal requirements.
