Growth Boardroom
Purchase Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 2026
1. Purchase Price
The promotional purchase price for the Growth Boardroom offer presented through the Own or Be Owned launch is $18,000.
Growth Boardroom is ordinarily offered at $24,000 per year. The $18,000 promotional price reflects a $6,000 credit associated with the Purchaser's prior purchase of the Own or Be Owned System. The $6,000 credit is incorporated into the promotional purchase price and does not represent cash value, a refundable balance, or a separate credit available for withdrawal or use toward another product unless expressly agreed to by Contrarian Thinking in writing.
Where available at checkout, Purchasers may be offered the option to pay $18,000 in full or through six (6) payments of $3,000 each. Payment-plan availability may be subject to eligibility, checkout availability, payment-provider requirements, and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
Taxes, financing charges, interest, processing charges, or other amounts imposed by a third-party payment provider, if applicable, may be governed separately by the applicable provider's terms.
The stated or advertised value of individual components of Growth Boardroom is provided for illustrative and marketing purposes only and does not represent cash value, resale value, guaranteed market value, or an amount available for refund or credit.
2. Membership Term
Growth Boardroom is an annual program. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at checkout, your initial Membership term is twelve (12) months beginning on or around the date your Membership is activated.
Purchase of this offer does not obligate you to continue Membership beyond the initial annual term. At the conclusion of the first year, you may elect to renew or discontinue your Growth Boardroom Membership, subject to the renewal terms and pricing offered at that time.
The promotional $18,000 price applies only to the initial Membership purchased through this specific offer and does not guarantee the same price for any future renewal.

Specific call topics, instructors, advisors, community members, tools, resources, reports, technology, or programming may evolve during the Membership term.
4. Advisory Relationship
Growth Boardroom is designed to provide business owners with advisory support, accountability, education, tools, strategic frameworks, and access to individuals with business operating experience.
Members may be assigned or introduced to one or more advisors during the Membership term. Contrarian Thinking may change, substitute, add, or reassign advisors when reasonably necessary for scheduling, staffing, business, operational, or program-quality reasons.
Advisor availability, call schedules, duration, format, and frequency may be subject to reasonable scheduling requirements and Member participation.
Growth Boardroom advisory services are not intended to create a fiduciary relationship, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or management relationship between Contrarian Thinking and the Member.
You remain solely responsible for operating your business and deciding whether and how to implement any strategy, recommendation, framework, tool, or information discussed through Growth Boardroom.
5. Financial Information and Pulse
Certain Growth Boardroom services may involve the Member voluntarily providing financial, operational, or business information, including Profit & Loss statements, revenue information, expense information, staffing information, or other business metrics.
Growth Boardroom may use this information to help identify business metrics, potential performance gaps, opportunities for improvement, and areas for further evaluation.
Pulse and related dashboards, analytics, reports, benchmarks, calculations, and recommendations are intended to assist Members in evaluating their businesses. They are not audited financial statements and should not be relied upon as a substitute for accounting, legal, tax, investment, lending, or other regulated professional advice.
Members are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. The usefulness or accuracy of any analysis, report, dashboard, or recommendation may depend on the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the Member.
6. Membership Access and Start Date
Membership access is currently intended to begin shortly after purchase and account activation.
Members may receive access to the Growth Boardroom dashboard, community, tools, resources, onboarding materials, and information for scheduling an initial discovery or onboarding call.
Different components of Growth Boardroom may become available at different times based on onboarding requirements, scheduling, technology configuration, Member participation, or operational considerations.
7. Community Access
Growth Boardroom includes access to a private community currently hosted through Slack.
Community participation is intended for authorized Growth Boardroom Members and other individuals expressly approved by Contrarian Thinking.
Members must comply with reasonable community standards and participation rules. We may remove content, restrict participation, or suspend community access where we reasonably determine that conduct is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, materially disruptive, violates another person's rights, violates these Terms, or materially interferes with the Growth Boardroom community.
Statements, experiences, advice, recommendations, or opinions shared by other Growth Boardroom Members do not necessarily represent the views of Contrarian Thinking, and Contrarian Thinking is not responsible for independent business decisions made by other Members.
8. Team Participation
Certain Growth Boardroom resources, learning sessions, tools, or materials may permit participation by designated members of your business team.
Any team access is subject to the access rules, user limits, confidentiality requirements, intellectual property restrictions, technology requirements, and other participation rules established by Contrarian Thinking.
Permitting members of your team to participate does not authorize public distribution, resale, sublicensing, or unrestricted sharing of Growth Boardroom materials.
9. Book Bonus and Fulfillment
The promotional Growth Boardroom offer includes five hundred (500) additional copies of Own or Be Owned.
Books may be fulfilled through direct shipment, redemption codes, bulk fulfillment, donation, or another reasonable fulfillment method selected by Contrarian Thinking.
Purchasers are responsible for timely and accurately providing any recipient, shipping, redemption, donation, customs, or other information reasonably necessary to fulfill the book component.
Where redemption codes are used, codes may be subject to redemption instructions, deadlines, geographic restrictions, shipping availability, or other reasonable fulfillment requirements communicated to the Purchaser.
Book codes and book allocations may not be redeemed for cash and may not be resold unless expressly authorized by Contrarian Thinking.
If books are designated for donation, Contrarian Thinking may establish reasonable procedures, deadlines, eligible organizations, fulfillment partners, or donation methods.
Contrarian Thinking is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate recipient information, customs, carriers, recipient availability, fulfillment partners, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Live Programming and Recorded Content
Growth Boardroom may include live learning calls, office hours, advisory sessions, workshops, presentations, community events, and other live or interactive programming.
Members are responsible for attending scheduled sessions if they wish to participate live.
Failure to attend a scheduled session, including an advisory session, learning call, office hour, workshop, or community event, does not create a right to a refund.
Certain sessions may be recorded and made available asynchronously. The availability, content, duration of access, and distribution method for recordings may be determined by Contrarian Thinking.
Participation in interactive programming may be subject to reasonable scheduling requirements, time limitations, attendance limits, participation rules, eligibility requirements, and facilitator discretion.
11. Program Changes
Growth Boardroom is an active advisory and educational program. We may make reasonable changes when necessary for operational, educational, technical, staffing, scheduling, fulfillment, community, or business reasons.
Changes may include adjustments to session schedules; advisors, speakers, instructors, specialists, or facilitators; community platforms; software; Pulse functionality; reports; tools; templates; recordings; curriculum; resources; event formats; methods or sequence of delivery; or substantially similar components of the Program.
If a scheduled live session must be postponed or rescheduled, we may provide a replacement session, recording, substantially similar programming, or another reasonable alternative.
A reasonable change to the timing, personnel, delivery method, curriculum, technology, or features of Growth Boardroom does not by itself create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.
12. No Guaranteed Business or Financial Results
Growth Boardroom is designed to provide advisory support, education, frameworks, tools, community, resources, and information intended to help business owners evaluate and improve aspects of their businesses. Individual results vary substantially.
Contrarian Thinking does not promise or guarantee increased revenue or profits; achievement of any particular revenue level; reaching seven, eight, or nine figures in revenue; improved margins; cost savings; business growth; customer acquisition; financing; investments; successful hiring; increased valuation; successful acquisitions; successful marketing campaigns; implementation of any particular strategy; or any other specific financial or business result.
Any testimonials, examples, case studies, projections, demonstrations, illustrations, prior results, revenue figures, business examples, or discussions of Member or Contrarian Thinking results are provided for informational or illustrative purposes and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside Contrarian Thinking's control, including your business, market, team, execution, finances, customers, competition, economic conditions, decision-making, participation, and implementation.
13. Educational and Advisory Information Only
Growth Boardroom and its materials are provided for business education, advisory, and informational purposes.
Nothing provided through Growth Boardroom constitutes legal, tax, accounting, audit, securities, investment, lending, medical, employment-law, or other regulated professional advice.
Members should consult their own qualified attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, financial professionals, or other advisors regarding matters requiring specialized professional advice.
14. Payment Plans and Financing
Available payment options may include payment in full, a six-payment installment option, or one or more financing or third-party payment arrangements made available at checkout.
Financing or payment-plan options may be subject to eligibility, approval, disclosures, interest rates, fees, payment schedules, and separate agreements established by the applicable payment provider.
Contrarian Thinking does not control approval decisions made by independent payment or financing providers.
If you select the six-payment option offered for this promotion, the advertised payment schedule is six (6) payments of $3,000, subject to the final payment agreement presented and accepted at checkout.
Selection of a payment plan changes the timing of payment and does not convert the Membership into a month-to-month program or provide a right to cancel the remaining payment obligation simply because the Purchaser stops participating.
If a Purchaser enters into an installment or financing agreement, the Purchaser remains responsible for payments properly owed under that agreement, subject to applicable law and the terms governing that payment arrangement.
15. Failed or Missed Payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, overdue, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully collected, Contrarian Thinking or the applicable payment provider may, to the extent permitted by law, retry the payment method; request an updated payment method; suspend access to Growth Boardroom; restrict community or software access; withhold future deliverables while the account remains past due; or exercise other rights available under the applicable payment agreement or law.
Suspension or termination of access due to nonpayment does not automatically eliminate amounts properly owed under an agreed installment or financing arrangement.
16. Refunds and Cancellations
Because Growth Boardroom includes immediately available digital resources, community access, advisory capacity, onboarding, live and recorded programming, intellectual property, software access, planning resources, reserved services, and physical book fulfillment, we do not offer refunds on this offer except where required by applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, refunds will not ordinarily be provided because a Member changes their mind; does not attend calls or office hours; does not participate in the community; does not use the Program; does not provide requested financial information; does not schedule advisory sessions; does not implement recommendations; does not use Pulse or other tools; does not redeem or distribute books; experiences a scheduling conflict; determines that the Program is no longer relevant to their business; or does not achieve an anticipated business or financial result.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, consumer protection, or other right that cannot legally be waived.
17. Intellectual Property
All Growth Boardroom content, including but not limited to playbooks, dashboards, Pulse, software, videos, recordings, templates, assessments, tools, frameworks, worksheets, financial-analysis methodologies, reports, presentations, training materials, graphics, written materials, and other proprietary resources, is owned by or licensed to Contrarian Thinking and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchase of Growth Boardroom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Program materials for your authorized internal business and educational purposes during the applicable access period, subject to these Terms.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce or publicly distribute Program materials; resell or sublicense Growth Boardroom; upload restricted materials to shared databases, public websites, or file-sharing platforms; create or sell competing products substantially derived from the materials; record or redistribute live sessions; share restricted account credentials; or provide unauthorized third parties access to Program materials.
18. Confidentiality and Member Information
Growth Boardroom may involve discussions in which Members share nonpublic information concerning their businesses, operations, finances, employees, customers, strategies, or challenges.
Members agree not to knowingly disclose another Member's confidential or nonpublic business information obtained through Growth Boardroom without that Member's authorization, except where disclosure is required by law.
Members should exercise appropriate judgment regarding what information they disclose in group settings. Contrarian Thinking cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with confidentiality obligations and is not responsible for unauthorized acts of independent Members outside its reasonable control.
19. Third-Party Products and Services
Growth Boardroom may rely on or integrate with third-party software, payment processors, Slack, financial-data tools, communication platforms, scheduling platforms, fulfillment providers, financing companies, analytics services, advisors, contractors, or other independent service providers.
Those third parties may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, service requirements, eligibility criteria, and limitations.
Contrarian Thinking is not responsible for independent third-party services or circumstances outside its reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
20. Technical Requirements
Members are responsible for maintaining the technology reasonably necessary to participate in Growth Boardroom, which may include a reliable internet connection; functioning email account; current web browser; compatible computer or mobile device; videoconferencing capability; and access to software or third-party platforms reasonably identified by Contrarian Thinking.
Temporary technical interruptions do not automatically create a right to a refund where the affected component is restored, rescheduled, replaced, or otherwise reasonably made available.
21. Communications
By purchasing Growth Boardroom, you agree that Contrarian Thinking may send transactional, fulfillment, onboarding, scheduling, account, advisory, community, customer-support, book-fulfillment, and other Program-related communications reasonably necessary to provide the Membership.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the communication preferences made available to you.
22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Members are encouraged to contact our customer-support team regarding billing or fulfillment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
Contrarian Thinking reserves the right to contest improper chargebacks and provide relevant records to payment processors, financial institutions, financing providers, or other reviewing parties, including order records; checkout disclosures; acceptance of these Terms; payment records; account-access records; community-access records; onboarding records; fulfillment records; communications; attendance information; and other documentation reasonably relevant to the dispute.
Nothing in this section prevents a Purchaser from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
23. Force Majeure
Contrarian Thinking will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, internet or technology outages, carrier disruptions, labor disruptions, illness or emergency affecting advisors or presenters, platform failures, civil emergencies, or similar events.
If such an event materially affects a scheduled component of Growth Boardroom, we may reschedule the affected programming or provide a reasonably comparable alternative.
24. Relationship to Other Terms and Policies
These Terms supplement Contrarian Thinking's and Own or Be Owned's generally applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, applicable refund policies, the Growth Boardroom offer page, and any terms or disclosures presented at checkout.
If these Growth Boardroom-specific Terms directly conflict with a generally applicable store policy regarding this purchase, these Growth Boardroom-specific Terms will control with respect to the Membership to the extent of the conflict, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
25. Rights Required by Law
Nothing in these Terms waives, excludes, or limits any consumer right, warranty, cancellation right, refund right, remedy, or other protection that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
Where applicable law requires a different remedy or treatment, Contrarian Thinking will comply with those legal requirements.
26. Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
The parties waive trial by court or jury to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree that disputes arising out of these Terms or the relationship between the parties shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas and shall be governed by applicable Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent federal law applies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that claims will be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
27. Testimonial Release
From time to time, a Member may voluntarily provide information about their experience with Contrarian Thinking or Growth Boardroom, including success stories, testimonials, feedback, reviews, statements, interviews, photographs, video, audio, or other submissions ("Testimonials").
Where you voluntarily provide a Testimonial for promotional use, you authorize Contrarian Thinking to use that Testimonial, including your statements and any name, voice, image, photograph, film, video, or audio included in the submission, for promotional and marketing purposes in any media, subject to applicable law and any additional release terms presented to you.
You represent that any Testimonial you voluntarily provide will truthfully reflect your experience and that you have the authority to provide the materials included in your submission.
